Allergan NATRELLE® Collection Saline Breast Implant Warranty
Confidence Plus and Confidence Plus Premier
Allergan Pharmaceuticals/Inamed/McGhan/NATRELLE® Collection Implants provide us with implants every day for use in our Beverly Hills practice, both for saline and silicone. Confidence Plus warranty applies to all of their NATRELLE® Collection style saline implants. The Confidence Plus warranty applies only in the cases of loss of shell integrity due to deflation of the implants that will require surgical intervention. Enrollment must be submitted, however, within 45 days of the original surgery. With the unilateral deflation, the patient has the option to replace both implants and re-enrollment in the Confidence Plus Premier Warranty Program. Details of the Confidence Plus and Confidence Plus Premier Warranties do not apply to the following:
- Removal of capsular contracture
- Dissatisfaction with implant size
- Adverse reaction other than implant deflation
- Loss of product integrity caused by cosmetic revision surgery
- Loss of product integrity due to open capsulotomy or capsulectomy
- Surgery on the opposite breast to replace an intact implant.
The benefits from Confidence Plus include lifetime product replacement of the implant, $1200 financial assistance for OR anesthesia and surgery, and automatic renewal of the Confidence Plus at no charge.
The advantages of Confidence Plus Premier includes lifetime product replacement $2400 of financial assistance for the OR anesthesia and surgeon’s fee. You can cancel it at any time. You get a free contralateral implant and you get automatic renewal to the Confidence Plus at no charge. The fee is $100 for Confidence Plus Premier.
